Free Initial Consultation
The consultation is a chance for you to get to know me, ask questions and see if I can offer a service suitable for you. At this time we will discuss your needs, expectations and goals.

Full Consultation & Physiological Analysis
A detailed health and fitness history which involves taking height and weight measurements, body composition, resting heart and blood pressure. I will carry out a fitness assessment, but don't worry this is not a test. It is so that I can establish baseline data to assess current level of aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and posture and so evaluate any risks and to prescribe a safe effective exercise program.

Together we will fill out a detailed physical activity and lifestyle questionnaire so that I can ascertain your likes and dislikes and so help you achieve your goals.

Tailored Individual Health & Fitness Programs In Your Own Home
I believe anyone can get fit, you are never to old or unfit to get into exercise but there is no point in taking up exercise with such an intense regime that you can't continue after a few sessions. Therefore once I have gathered and analysed all your details I can design a program specifically to meet your needs.

This program will be carefully balanced to ensure you train to optimum intensity to gain fitness and achieve your goals. It is vital to provide a continual training stimulus to the body if continued fitness gains and goals are achieved. This requires careful planning and regular fitness assessments. I can provide all necessary equipment for your workout, we can also incorporate any fitness equipment or facilities that you may have within your home.

One To One, Group Sessions & Corporate Work
With many of my clients it is not the fact that they don't want to exercise or make lifestyle changes, the problem is trying to find the time and motivation. As we are in modern times we have so many commitments at work and at home we are left with little time to ourselves. This is where having a personal trainer is of such great benefit as it encourages you to set aside a specific time for exercise and my input and support will help to motivate you.

As well as one to one training I can train you with a friend or partner at a discounted price.

Pre & Post Natal Training
It is advisable that the trainer you use has had instruction and qualified in pre and postnatal exercise as there are some restrictions during pregnancy which must be adhered to.
