My name is Clare law, I am a 39 year old, married, mother of two teenagers, which initially qualifies me in understanding the stresses and strains of needing to be everywhere and doing everything at the same time and rarely having time to think about keeping in shape, besides, anything else in life.

I trained as a registered general nurse in 1987, after many happy years of nursing I decided to train as an aerobic instructor running classes for the general public. My enjoyment of aerobics and general fitness then lead me to train and qualify as a Personal fitness trainer and pilates instructor.
